Parenting is Fun!
Community Change Centre (Všį Bendruomenių kaitos centras) invites volunteers to join Parenting is Fun! Programme.
Each parent wishes his/her child to
grow up a healthy and happy person. Each parent has questions and
concerns about raising children. While participating in
Parenting is Fun! Programme you will help yourself and
other parents find answers to questions such as how to encourage
and discipline your child, what works with toddlers and how to
approach children of puberty age.
Parenting is
Fun!Programme is based on principles of
positive parenting and the Dutch experience, adopted for Lithuania
during a project funded by the Royal Dutch Embassy in Vilnius.
You can join the Programme by
volunteering to help organize and run parents’ meetings, during
which parents share their experience and support each other in a
friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
The year 2011 has been announced by
the European Commission the European Year of Volunteering.
Parenting is Fun! Programme is a good opportunity for you
and your organization to meaningfully contribute to the European
volunteering movement, while helping children grow healthy and
competent, and parents become happier and self confident parents!
If you are interested in this
